Shocking to hear the reply we got from the IT exec today when asking why location IT support jobs are been eliminated. The reply she gave was total BS around fact the we looked at other companies and how they do this work and also some c-ap regarding new technologies been rolled out which requires us to go to a managed service model. As if current TSA staff could not be trained to do the same !

In case you haven't noticed, the main qualification for being an exec is how well you can spew pure BS and make it sound like you actually give a damn about anything but yourself. Pure scum that figured out how to rise to the top of the cesspool
The response about pay was an outright lie also. EVERYONE is paid in the top 2/3 of the industry???? New hires, sure. People who have been working at PepsiCo for 7+ years?? No way.
