Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Code of Conduct only applies to non-management

One thing that is apparent is that leadership is exempt from the mandatory Code of Conduct training that the rest of the plebs must take.

I got flagged once by daring to expense a cheap takeout dinner for myself and others while we worked most through most of the night on an major issue and then attended a meeting a few days latter where a senior leader was bragging about his trip to Hawaii for a week attending a vendor's conference & playing golf every day free of charge courtesy of the vendor. Funny how executive perks and privileges are exempt from Smart Spend and Code of Conduct rules.

Um, the part where you are not supposed to accept gifts (beyond nominal) from vendors or prospective vendors.

In-town meals are not reimbursable unless it's a leadership meal with prior approval. Conferences and seminars are acceptable with approval. If a vendor is paying for it, it's not a cost borne by PepsiCo. What part of your complaint is a CoC or T&E policy violation?
