All the leadership hype about striving to be a great company. Great companies let integrity be the shining light that compels them to uphold their commitments to employee loyalty and integrity. This company is writing checks they can’t pay. Once all the cost cutting hype and sales start to slip as the internal processes and applications self destruct, the leadership will have cashed in their shares and run for the hills. However, their reputations will be smeared from the stench of the same BS they have been shoveling for the past few years.

Let these slugs who are destroying this organization along with the livelihoods of thousands run for any hill or hole they choose to hide in. The rest of us are running far far away in the opposite direction. No company or government for that matter ever cut their way to prosperity. You need to build before you tear down.
