I was informed by my manager that I won’t qualify for the split bonus because I’m a grade 11 employee. Does anyone know the criteria for the bonus? I tried asking HR but it’s crickets.

Mike told us this would happen with the split of the company. Surely it will happen soon?

Howdie how is the split going ? Never ever have seen anything like this. What an utter mess.

Are we ever going be able to relax and stop worrying about our jobs being outsourced?

So what is the word for NCR resellers selling Aloha Essentials and Cloud. Is NCR going to eliminate the resellers in the near future? Can't imagine an impending IPO would be bolstered with resellers not towing the new company line.

There were multiple layoffs across CFR. At least 2 in Payments and also other teams like Storepoint, Fuel and RPOS. Anyone know of the reason for this layoff.

Has anyone heard anything about company buy outs to long term employees? It wouldn't surprise me if they do as it would be a way for them to shave expenses and bring in cheaper labor.
