There were multiple layoffs across CFR. At least 2 in Payments and also other teams like Storepoint, Fuel and RPOS. Anyone know of the reason for this layoff.

NCR has created so many models overseas from Serbia to India & Cebu that is wastes time and emails. The executive team wanted cheap labor. They got it. They wanted a factory, they got it.
The American customer suffers. The American employees who are fired with experience are gone. Your product is now a broke back third world company that only cares about profit and couldn’t even sell NCR as a whole. Can someone please promote the executive team as soon as possible.
Def not Low Performers. Some of the people that they laid off were really good performers. Worked long hours and did great work. Yet useless managers are still here. Who is even left in Fuel Team?
Outsourced, manager will hold team meetings and say, your jobs are safe, business as usual, the following week they walk you out the door. If they think it can be done in Serbia, your job is not safe, for techs, they are trying to use the Serbians to reduce service calls with remote support, and trying to prove it with data. Then reduce the head count for technicians in cities with more techs.bottom line in layoffs are caused by giving people’s work to Serbia outsourcing
US employees to fire and more Serbians to hire.
