My team hasn’t been told yet where any of us will align. It’s just assumed that if you work in a certain area today you will go there for the transition. For me and my immediate team members we have no idea as we do Retail and Networking. Working hard to move on as quickly as possible that’s what I’m doing
Our manager terminated us, took the lifeboat to save his job, then his buddies got him promoted to a global position, same guy was training people in Serbia and married a Serbian women and brought her back to our country. Nothing unethical going on here, lol
The kicker is on the all hands, they said employees have been getting their questions answered with full transparency. How is that possible when the answer is “we don’t know yet where anyone will be aligned”
That is shady with 2 weeks to go.
We find out next week. My TM has repeatedly said that he doesnt even know which side hes going on. SAD!
I haven’t been at NCR for a number of years, but I feel this split is going to be a nightmare and won’t result in the lofty stock returns they’re hoping for.

The all hands offered nothing to the CE’s wondering what’s going to happen. Our DM says new teams and schedules going live Sept 1st. There has been no talk with the CE’s regarding alignments or what these new schedules will be. CE’s are still completely in the dark and it’s nearly go time.
Times up, boys and girls. New exec teams have no HW engineering or Customer Service leaders. So read between the lines. All hardware and service is going bye-bye.
End of the line, time to exit the train.
