Before the split we were told if you were not happy with the company you were deployed to you could switch to the other company. Has anyone switched sides or know someone who has switched? I think it was a big smoke screen, don't think they will let anyone switch. I'm on the wrong side based on my experience and training, even still, I don't think I will be allowed to switch sides. Feeling misled.

Had a guy apply to the alteos side and got an offer that he signed and now all of the sudden his voyix side says they won't allow him to move even though the offer was signed.
Then behold some how the voyix manager got alteos to pull back the offer. Clearly we still are not separate companies
Had a guy leave to join Atleos and lost his time all three years. he basically started over as a new hire. i looked at the hiring page and saw tones of CE1 positions for Voyix for 17 dollars an hour start pay. make of that what you will.
Most managers come from NCR, the ones who survived and still have a job are nothing but puppets. They will never say what is going on or what is next. If you trust them your only kidding yourself, they are only going to try to save their own butts, very few who are left care anything about their staff, the good managers left a while ago.
Have talked to several employees and managers regarding this. Some employees were told to write heartfelt emails to upper management…..which were never even acknowledged.
I was told there was little that could be done, a switch to Voyix would have meant complete loss of tenure and pay. (You would be essentially quitting Atleos and applying fresh with Voyix)
Heard a manager told their employees unless an egregious error was made (retail tech thrown into an atm only group with no training) that would be looked into for a correction in alignment.
I know of no one who wanted to swap being swapped. It was a complete fabrication UNLESS you want to lose benefits/pay/vacation tenure.
The Voyix jobs are all CE1 (lower pay) positions that have been opened which I have seen posted.
This was so obviously coming it shouldn’t surprise anyone. Voyix wanted to offload the experienced techs and wants to hire at lower wages.
If you were assigned to Voyix, it means your manager didn’t like you, think more about switching to another job completely, get out if you can.
It’s fake. The US people that were laid off never got a chance to switch companies. Can someone please promote more useless Serbians as soon as possible.
