I was told these kind of things would be happening for Voyix next week. Good luck everyone!

Sc--w NCR… was let go after 10 years here. Had nothing to do with performance as i had never been rated less than 4. Worked long hours last 12 months due to company split cuz of the sh-t that was created. Was rewarded with a Rif notice. My advice to US based employees is ‘RUN’
With NCR Voyix being a global brand, they will vanish from having much of a US footprint. If your shocked, you haven’t been paying attention.
Couple of people i worked with already got let go as early as 8.30 am est. post here if you come across any.
Layoffs for NCR Voyix are already starting today.
All departments will be affected. 1-2 people from each team will be gone.
Which department are you talking for ???
Voyix layoff confirmed for tomorrow. Be on the look out for unexpected meeting invites. Be prepared to negotiate…This would stink right before xmas…
Im a mgr here and ill be getting training and doing mine on Thu. Sux so bad around xmas :(
So, this place has been going downhill for some time. I was one of the former dedicated installers. Writing started to show when they got rid of the install TM's. At least mine (CM) actually gave a sh-t about us, and didn't treat us like a damn number, she actually cared about us. When it really went south was when they let WT go. That's another one that gave an actual damn about us techs. At least WT was trying to make things better for us. This place will be gone in a few years with the clowns that are now running it. Its time to abandon ship ASAP.
I’m in (was I guess) Atleos T&T and got my RIF notice earlier today. What’s nutty is that I work(ed) in Sales / Business Development, where Sophia has been barking about the need for new customers.
Hope I don't have work on that sh---y build anymore.
Let’s see if it actually happens, seems like nothing ever happens? Seems like techs leave, so the turnover is so high, and NCR is always hiring. In the background yes, they are outsourcing, but not techs. The low pay for techs and poor treatment leads to the high turnover. It’s a vicious cycle, the people who hang in there I tip my glass to, ride the train till the end, I hope it’s not far from the last stop.
The NCR of the last 20 years has been cr-p. From supporting smaller accounts to treating employees.
Support all around is in the shi77er.. customers are leaving us in masses and it’s the same reason everytime, support not only software but from beginning to end su-ks. It’s like after the sale, customers are forgotten. They can keep hiring offshore and this issue will always continue. It’s such a shame because the NCR of 5-6 years and even 3-4 years ago is gone.
No space, fire folks
All we need is somebody is lean on.
Neither side can afford any further realignment or cuts as the support especially on software is in the SH***ER! Has been even before the split.
What a way to close out Q4 2023 for the remarkable earning report! Beated and exceeded the expectation.
That is funny, reorg already? Wasn’t the planning during split along with dividing up employees a reorg? It just happened in October lol.
This is always the time of year for layoffs, end the year working the techs to death, then happy holidays, you have lost your job. No bonus, probably not even the token $25 Walmart gift card. Better off to gouge them with bs overtime.
Sounds about right. NCR’s management philosophy over the last 20 years or so has been “when in doubt, sc--w it up”
