People are not "let go", they are fired. Simple as this.

Laid off 6/27, job went to Serbia! Sad to see many wonderful colleagues laid off (RIF). Hopefully everyone has a good support system.

My coworkers are what kept me going through the years. Good luck to everyone still working at NCR 🥰

No positions are being transfered to Serbia, you guys are under wrong impression.
Most positions are being posted in Philippines at the moment. Unfortunately NCT started going with down trend, but to be honest people in Serbia are doing much more work for cr-ppy pays

I was with NCR for 9 years always a exceptional employee. I was laid off March 28. My job was put over seas. They severence is garbage. They base it on grade level not years or tenure. Be warned.

You’ve been hired twice because you are cheap & without work. In this company I don’t think unless you don’t work they don’t remove you or your manager doesn’t support you. I mean if you are on good terms they don’t remove you firstly. Because people are anyways leaving & they are understaffed and comparatively less layoffs compared to other companies(in terms of people working)

The RIF is to satisfy shareholders. The workforce before I got laid off couldn't manage the load, so unless there are customers not renewing with NCR then the company will be understaffed. Some unsolicited advice: Leave on good terms (or if you're not leaving, do the work you're paid for, stay on good terms). I've been hired twice by previous managers. They weren't at fault for the companies' directions and decisions, and they kept me in mind for future opportunities. Good luck.

US roles are going to go to Serbia. Some US teams have been told to send equipment and train new Serbian teams.

Right now there's a ton a problems and no foresight from management.

Look for a new job. NCR is doing everything in its power to get rid of US employees.

This site is very rumour oriented, the statement of a TM in Serbia seems to lack any details, if someone post suggesting that TM jobs have been outsourced to Serbia, they really need to provide more detail, I really doubt it has happen.

Having a Territory Manager in another country is beyond stupid. So bad I can’t even begin to list them.

So what areas have Serbian TM’s, they can’t get mad at you for just saying what they did? Also you can say if it’s not your area and have no worries?

CE’s hands on will be some of the last field workers for Voyix. Anyone in office work isn’t safe.
With what they are doing with TM’s it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if even TM jobs become based overseas.

RIF can be ok, just do nothing for about 5 years, it may happen to you. Always say your boss is right and you will try to do better, milk it to death. Company is trash and deserves what it reeks.

Please include me in the reduction in force, this company is getting worse and worse. New CEO is a tool. Funny because I just received an email about enhancing our workforce in Voyix. So what is it, reduction hygiene or adding CEs ??

Per Voyix CEO David W. as of 12/2023 for the topic of US employee attrition, and I quote on the all hands, "employee reduction is business hygiene". That means, you as a US employee are a potential disease, and proper business hygiene is needed for preventative business health care.

That being said. NCR culture is a darkside of US employee termination fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

Not even 2024 yet, but for anyone still working for either NCR company, buckle up, it’s going to continue to be a rough ride, expect to do more for less.

yes, there will be layoffs in 2024. Folks in charge now could not manage a lawn ornament. They will run it into the ground. Get out now will you can.
