I've noticed that there are a lot of people here who try to sound like they don't care too much if they get laid off or not. That's a little strange to me. I, on the other hand, am very anxious and worried about what I will do if I am laid off.

Any rough guidance around what level of MIP we may be "gifted" by the board?

These are 2 key qualities our leadership lacks. Parroting "we must act boldly and move with speed to compete and win" does not convey any actual meaning. Does anyone else feel this way reading corporate messaging?
