Medtronic is such a depressing place to work right now. Geoff and the rest of the clown car are either clueless about employee morale or just mean, which is not a good look either way. RTO right as summer starts is a joke. My team is great to work with but our org leadership takes advantage of people and gaslights us constantly. We do less with more every year and are not properly compensated for it.
I hope I get let go so it forces me to move on and do something else. Life is too short to work for an uninspiring corporate dinosaur.
