How's the return to office for you all? I have seen more people in my office, but still not full. Some days my office looks like a ghost town. I fear a stronger mandate for RTO will come soon.

Regarding performance reviews + promotions, how much is a typical promotion bump percentage (ex: senior to principle)? I heard 10%, but not sure if that’s accurate. Does that include the merit?

Damn hearing MIP is really low this yeat

Hearing CVG MIP is only 45% this year? Is it true? Is it the same for global functions too? Makes you wonder they reduced it on purpose so they don’t have to pay up more money to people who were let go

Unrealistic demands

If I want to save my mental health, I need to leave as soon as possible. The only thing even more difficult to deal with than all those unrealistic demands is when the manager tries to convince us that they are not unrealistic at all.
