There literally were execs that overrode the quantitative data for builds
I keep hearing this new phrase "Inventory Controls in effect" for MFG. IMHO we over built product during Covid-19 and now none wants to buy this surplus. Operations is about to get a RIF is my guess.
When the cfo took manufacturing employees off the floor to explain cash flow to them…Medtronic was doomed…
Cash flow was more important than quality…
