Does anyone know if Medtronic CVS Caremark is a creditable coverage for Medicare plan D (prescription dr-gs)? I am having difficulties getting any information from either Medtronic or CVS Caremark and I do not recall receiving any notice about credible coverage.

Good news - Medtronic does have Creditable coverage so there is no penalty if you later decide to join a Medicare dr-g plan.
After a LOT of digging and searching, I found this information in the document called "US Compliance Notice Booklet" under the section 'Medicare Part D Creditable Coverage Notice".
