Many big comanpies have already stopped hiring and have freezes. There are multiple layoffs at companies like NuVasive and Nike just this week. We all should consider ourselves fortunate to have a stable job and insurance right now.
And it falls on us to make sure we pay it back through our efforts and hard work and keep momentum going for our stock price and improve margins and earnings. We need to put in more hours and do more with less. That is the only way to avoid layoffs right now. Remember- Layoffs are just one bad quarter away
