The board firing the CEO is like the government investigating itself=all for show. Our leadership doesn’t care enough to even fake they have us in mind.
The board will make a lot more money if they fire Geoff and watch the stock pop. Finally some value creation.
Oh, they know they should. They're just all attached to the personal benefit they get from being there, which is no small benefit at all... board positions are highly coveted. It's really the only explanation for Geoff being there still. They're willing to let the company be gutted and destroyed as long as they keep their board roles.
