No more commission for the IHC, leads are WAY down, categories are taken away. What happened? What company doesn't pay salespeople on a commission incentive? It will only create lower moral and no excitement.

My Manager says the Millwork Specialist are being eliminated ,adding 1 additional Pro Specialist and additional In Home Sales .Is this every store ?No news as of yet .

I keep hearing the mandate to return to office at the SSC is so people will quit in order to avoid layoffs and severance payouts. Any truth to this or are layoffs coming anyway?

I just had my 20th anniversary with Lowe's and my gift, 400 invested points. That's about $40 worth of merchandise. Is that all 20 yrs is worth to Lowe's?

Why is Lowe's turning the heat on or the a/c off in the break room. It's a lot hotter than the store. I go to my car to take a break.
