Why is Lowe's turning the heat on or the a/c off in the break room. It's a lot hotter than the store. I go to my car to take a break.

I look forward to my lunch so I can get the he-l out of the store for an hour. I would rather sit in my car than be inside the store !
I bet they don't have to work in the garden center.

Work overnight where it's still 90 outside at 3am and all of the AC units are off. I'm literally ringing sweat out of my shirt. Our manager has tried overriding the AC but it won't come on.
It's the refrigerator and the microwave generating the heat.
Melvin is really digging into the old Sears play book this year. Can't wait until he starts turning half all the lights next year to save money on the electric bill.
In my store, the break room is so cold that even compared to outside temps in the summer, it’s only comfortable for a few minutes and then I have to put on a warm winter jacket so I don’t 🥶 freeze. I think I’m grateful it’s not too hot, though!
