Several people laid off yesterday, all over 40. Was told dept was being outsourced. Then another employee still there said if it is going away, why is there a new class starting next week for incoming new hires.

The new hire training is probably periodic and recurring. The class was probably scheduled long before they decided to lay anyone off.
I made the mistake of calling for support and her accent was so strong, I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Hung up.
Horrible experience. Sad
