Hundreds of layoffs just announced in IT Remote Support.
Reorg of the department managers. Need to cut a few don’t need inside and outside garden. Following the depot model one dh can also cover appliances and flooring. Just like mst the starting wage do dh will drop
Mooresville Exe's will find a way to increase their compensation 30% while cutting everyone else's.
Shutting down unprofitable stores ,so many stores not making sales .Never will .
Expect more dogs.
More acceleration toward automation at checkout, more part-timers and fewer full-timers , reduction in senior management staff(each store will lose ASM's based on projected sales tier), and possibly close some underperforming stores.

Layoffs. Customers are tapped out and many told me that gifts are cut in half. Prices are too expensive. Not just at Lowes but at other stores also.
