They are starting to make the pros specialist accountable for their numbers if you cannot be meet their criteria you will be let go. Since they came out with this bonus for the pro specialist nobody's getting it and they're getting upset over it. Our store does not get very many pros in there and they will not use that as an excuse they will rather let you go and then bring somebody else in and watch them fail and then bring somebody else in watch them fail before they realize the program will not work.

Close the Pro Desk and send the Pros to the Lumber CSA’s to wait on them if they can catch them before they run out thru the back flaps. Since Pro Specialists wait on retail wacks, make the pros go to the CSA wacks
We have one pro specialist uses her personal phone to take pro orders. For the rest of us we cannot make her numbers because they call her on her personal phone. The management will not do anything about this it is against the policies to do business on your personal phone.
As I have said in previous posts, Marvin will not give without taking from somewhere.
