I just had my 20th anniversary with Lowe's and my gift, 400 invested points. That's about $40 worth of merchandise. Is that all 20 yrs is worth to Lowe's?

I still will never understand how that corporate guy called out Mexicans saying they have little hands and nothing happened. They threw it under the rug. If any CSA ever insulted a entire race of people we would be fired ASAP.

Lowe's su-ks a-s. They don't care about their associates and they make this known all the time. I've never been associated with a company that makes it so obvious that associates mean nothing to them. It's sad and frankly I think we've hit rock bottom.
Three was an employee at our store ( since retired) who got a flatscreen tv and sound bar a few years ago.
At 20 yrs they want you gone now, you’re too high on the pay scale and they can hire two more part-timers for what they are paying you! Why else do all of the personnel ‘restructures’, position eliminations, and then create the same positions under a different name and fill them with new employees?
I had that last year. More of Marvin and the Marvettes treating us like game distracted junior high school age kids in stead of adults.
On the bright side, was able to "buy" 8 CDs I previously did not have for bands I like.
