Number of Specialists Being Reduced
Was told by someone I consider a reliable source by year’s end the number of sales specialists per store will be reduced. Those that are cut will be offered CSA positions. Each SM will determine who is cut.
Anyone else understaffed even though customer counts and sales are not slowing down?
