I work millworks and try my best to stay within area. We have an ASM who always says there is no walls in lowes and i got wrote up because I refused to help the scheduler with a project inside the training room. i am a specialist and get judged based on sale performance. Why are you going to write me up becasue i refuse to leave the sales floor

The problem in all the stores, is that management uses specialists to cover all of the holes in staffing. They b*tch and moan about sales, then tell you to go downstock lightbulbs. “Hey, go get that Code 50!”, but then the next hour, “Where’s your sales at this week?” Too many “chiefs, not enough indians”. If payroll is the problem, get rid of management and hire more “in the trenches” associates. Store Managers: worthless, arrogant, Italian loafer wearing mo–ns who only worry about the next store visit by market or regional staff, only to make themselves look like heroes (but all on our backs). Then, they want to “bless us with their holier than thou presence” at the next specialist meeting, to rip us over sales and IMS.
