They're walking out faster than they can hire new people, Managers and employees, refuse to train unless you last more than 4 weeks.

I want to help train the new people, but its hard when Im constantly responding to Code 3’s, getting freight off the floor, doing all the down stocking because yet another associate called off or quit, and every other checklist or work list they hand me What Lowe’s is expecting is impossible. We cant hire more people until you start paying more. Time to start paying wages for quality associates. Lowes can afford it, for f—s sake!
Had a guy scream at me the other day because he did an Internet order and was yelling because they weren’t the same dye lot he said Lowes was a bunch of unprofessionals and doesn’t anyone know about the lots All I said was sir we have a bunch of 19 and 20-year-olds maybe two people in the whole store that know about dye lots.He wanted a delivery right then and there told him we deal with third-party so next day at soonest .then he really started screaming!
That’s typical everywhere I worked at Lowe’s. Real training was nonexistent. They expect you to produce right when you start on the payroll. I had to learn everything I knew on my own and through trial and error.
Same at my store.most newbies realize quick ,you get no hrs and are expected to do and know everything
