I WAS an Electrical Pro. Plumbing and Electrical Pros and Specialists were ALL demoted to CSA but we kept our hourly pay but got knocked down in the Winning Together bonuses. It's the same c-ap, they just changed the name of the pile.

And they are expecting same sales, leads. Credit apps, installs with no incentive. Good luck to all of us.

Smirking Turtle is fleecing Lowe’s employees one position at a time. The list continues to grow.

Lowe's did this because all the Plumbing Specialists had to do for their monthly bonus was go across the aisle and sell a couple thousand bucks worth of appliances every week. Monthly bonus was easy for them! Lowe's decided they didn't deserve to be part of the bonus structure anymore.

Yes, Plumbing Specialist, Electrical and Plumbing Pro positions all changed to CSA’s. Specialists will be CSA4, and back on the Winning Together Quarterly Bonus (off of the SPH bonus) at the beginning of October. At Lowe’s, one thing that is constant is change.

We never know what’s going on in our store. They never tell us anything, even things they are required to tell us, and we only find out later from the news or other stores etc. There is zero communication. Zero.

Plumbing specialist, plumbing pro and electrical pro positions will all become CSA 5s just like the LNS position did. No loss of pay, or jobs, just changing title.

My anxiety is through the roof in this. I feel like my SM already dismisses me all the time and I had to move my weekday availability as a dm to night so I can help my kid with virtual learning till the wife gets home. My anxiety thinks I will be helping my kid all day long... not going to sleep tonight🤦‍♂️

Specialists are over paid. Just have full time employees in a dept. If they do not like it leave.

I hope it works out for the specialist. At my store, they are kick butt workers and give great customer service. Almost every customer calls them by name and goes out of their way to talk to them.

We were told today in the DS meeting that there were changes coming and that we would be told tomorrow. Hoping someone knows something here.
