Specialist sales per hour SKYROCKETS!!!

Our Florida Pasco county store, Flooring was 202.00 per hour.

Now it's 505.00 per hour that 4040.00 per day

That's $1,050,400.00 to be run Via Genesis every year or your GONE,

My area is mostly seniors in Mobile Homes...Good Luck.

I live in Pasco. There is this thing called the internet and according to community info listed on Pasco property page. It states that just under 25% of the homes in Pasco are mobile homes. With a popullation of 556,000 people that means there is approximately 160,000 single family homes. Maybe you are just a cry baby instead of a sales specialist??

If you cannot avhieve a 35% close rate on LPP then you should be replaced. A monkey could do that.

Next new word speak: Transformation. It’s coming to a store near you

Ever since the new incentive started, specialists being hired at my store are starting at two dollars less an hour. The only way to succeed at Lowe’s is to be low paid and invisible

Our store manager told us; "if you don't have a 35% LPP attachment rate, we'll find someone to replace you."

Not trying to defend the company but it is my understanding the individual store/department SPH goals are dynamic and are based on what was happening in your dept this time last year (plus a little extra added on for year over year growth). If not hitting your SPH goals becomes a reason for dismissal than I would expect the entire company's Appliance Dept Specialists will soon be in jeopardy since we practically have no inventory to sell and are not even permitted to sell into the negative. After having the company renege on the allowance program I fully expect the company to do whatever it takes to minimize payouts on this "new" incentive program. Even if you achieve decent payouts this year that just means the bar is going to be set even higher next. For what they are paying us it simply isn't worth stressing over.

The writing is on the wall, even with record profits and stock price, no effort to help store employees (other than Very Public Covid bonuses which IMO probably in addition to trying to generate investor good will have some positive tax impact for the company).

If you are a specialist and don’t t want to get reduced to CSA pay rate, GET OUT.

There’s no need to even worry about it .If they want us gone we’re gone no matter how high the number .if you achieve the sph it will just go up until you can’t.plain and simple.

Yea, I don’t get this unrealistic sph quota. This company’s infrastructure needs fixed, specialists keep the store running by doing all the customer service while being threatened by this new quota format.
