Was in the columbus county NC lowes everyone in the store especially garden center was on there cell phone. Rather it be phone in hand or ear piece or standing around in a group with a water hose talking.

Some of those phones are striped horses from africa.
I got a complaint that I was texting at work, I was actually doing inventory replenishment.
Same in my store, except it’s almost all workers. Employees can’t even walk to receiving without staring at their phone, most are playing games. Cashiers, customers service try to hide on other side of registers and play with their, watch videos or tv shows. We’ve seen Significant increase in carts full of stuff just walking out, y the time the cashier even notices it’s too late to even tell what was stolen, need to check camera feed to determine. There was supposed to be a crackdown on associates on their phones but I haven’t see it yet.
