Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Thanks EOS

Well, I guess even ASMs have access in real time, because right after I finished doing the EOS and gave low scores pretty much across-the-board, my ASM sent me a nasty email about all the work I didn’t get done (on a day that I wasn’t here), made last minute changes in my schedule that are going to cause me having to change my kids schedule, and assigned me tasks that there’s no way I can get them done by myself. Then proceeded to make sarcastic comments about the EOS and karma when I was nearby. Just more of a typical Lowes hostile work environment.

Your survey is sent by email, and if you hover the mouse cursor over the link, you'll see there is a LONG link, nit what is displayed.

The last part is a series of numbers and letters. That is how you are ID'd. Each link is unique to each user.

Believe me, if I paid a company to do research for me, you can say it's anonymous, but it is not, and if I ask for information, you'll give it to me if you want to continue doing my surveys.

Once, while taking the survey, our store manager “sat in “ with us.

The results are broken down to an extent as far as specialists part timers etc. Everyone knows who will give poor ratings. Typically disengaged employees that generally s— at their job in the first place and think they are owed something

wouldn't be surprised at all.

My SM has been calling people who gave low scores back into the office for a "one on one" followed by a retake of the survey.

This seems improbable but if true your SM is a dumb–s. We’ve had an entire management team let go from a store in my area for faking LTR surveys. The EOS surveys are completely internal and likely much easier to track for falsifications like that.

I will say that I never truly bought the anonymity part of it. On the store level maybe, but the link is emailed to you and once you’ve done it, it recognizes that you’ve completed it and won’t let you do a second. And In the reporting, from the manager side you get “scored” based on how your associates answer the direct supervisor questions so it can clearly be identified on some level.

I find it more believable that you opened your mouth to the wrong person about giving a bad score and that person told managment what you said.

Maybe its because you have a bad attitude and work ethic. It doesn't take a genius to know who gives low scores and who doesn't. Stop trying to play the victim and start doing your job

Not retaliation when it didn’t happen. This is completely untrue Asm’s are the second to last people to find out anything about scores and doesn’t happen til November genius. This is just another poor excuse of an employee who probably thinks Lowe’s owes them something and are in fact a c-appy employee. However, this is the first place I would go to make a complaint about something at work if it in fact happened lmao. Children

There’s no real time access to the survey or results. There’s no names attached to any comments when the results are available.
