Dozens of service workers at the Graduate Hotel in Palo Alto were suddenly laid off in April. Employees were initially informed that the hotel's ground-floor restaurant would be closing. However, the restaurant soon reopened, staffed by temporary contract workers. Former employees, including kitchen staff, housekeepers, and servers, expressed confusion and anger over their terminations. Workers are now escalating their concerns to the City Council, seeking intervention.

For me, it's the procurement team. A $1000 payment can go over 6 months without any update. And they always direct me to another team A, and team a pointed me to team B and C. And finally it’s all of these 3 teams. Then they told me the payment is controlled by SHI. When I called SHI, they told me the vendor should have access to the link they provided.
Vendor provided invoice, then PO went to procurement again, one week before the deadline.

I escalated to VP, then they started to chase me down with PO.

Recently, I filed a fraud claim at Wells Fargo as I had fraudulent activity in my checking, savings, and credit accounts. I have filed a claim, but am wondering if there is anything else I should be doing proactively while awaiting a response on the claim. I am working on a police report currently. It is a personal account and not a business, so I am hopeful that with the additional protection, my claim may be approved.

If the claim is denied, who should I contact to escalate the issue further? Within and outside of Wells Fargo.

Apparently, this is very common with Wells Fargo and is my first experience with fraud, so any advice is welcome.

RSS and SMEs already "Phased Out" and we were just told Friday to start "seriously considering" new positions.

Just FYI, heard a customer service rep there sent a mass email to upper management accusing two managers of abusing their power - from being disrespectful in meetings to falsely accusing and writing them up to protect themselves.
It seems the rep asked to be transferred out of fear of retaliation, but nothing happened, so they escalated it and said they’ll keep emailing until someone responds.

has anyone else gotten a “slap on the wrist” for reaching out to a director to talk about an issue? i was recently warned by my manager that reaching out to a director and skipping the order of management could lead to termination. isn’t this a bit much?!
