GM is planning to sell itself after getting rid of some brands this year. In 2 years, there will be no GM. So the ones left behind, get your resume ready for a job outside GM or you’ll be next.

Being let go from GM can only secure you a better future, not worse.

Are people being laid off or fired due to bad reviews? There's a huge difference between the two and I can't find anybody saying it's one or the other for sure.

Got 50% in my 2022 CAP review. Now HR wants a Teams meeting.. Told me to reschedule all meetings that day and work from home on the day of the meeting. Yes.. It is a Red flag. Any other comments??
