I don't understand this leadership

Instead of building a good working atmosphere and doing whatever they can to keep good talent, all they are doing is chasing everybody away. When something goes wrong, instead of figuring out how it went wrong and what can be done to fix it, they... — read more

I just got pinged by a Fiserv recruiter

For a position that is almost the same as the one they laid me off from after 5 years service. At 1st, I wanted to ask, "Ya think?". But I told the recruiter, "Do you think Fiserv can afford me?" I'm currently making 20% more than my last... — read more

Negative

People never get ahead. Fiserv offers a great opportunity in the upcoming years. As I transition from Ohio to New Jersey, I am filled with anticipation for the opportunities ahead. Doesn’t hurt that we have a great leader in Frank B

I feel sorry for the new employees

The company has become pretty desperate because it cannot find adequate candidates to work in such working conditions, so they have started hiring those who are underqualified. What happens then? They are thrown onto something they don’t understand... — read more

Hoppin

Coworkers who do nothing?

Anybody here have people on their team that literally do nothing all day? I mean..more power to them, but it's exhausting to pick up their slack so I'm starting to become like them.

Moving semi

Is packed and heading to the east coast tomorrow. This Ohio based fiserv associate is officially Berkeley bound. Fiserv and best fintech on the planet becomes one soon. Bo-m !!!

I'm joining the other 7000+ that have left

Could not take the toxic culture Frank created. Started my job search a few months ago and am putting in my 2 week notice in a couple days. For the same role, I will be making 15% more. If you can't take it anymore, start looking you will find... — read more

I regret that I didn't leave earlier

If I had left earlier, I would not have become extremely disappointed and burned out. I wouldn’t go away with a bitter feeling about this company. I think most of those who feel stuck here now, are in that situation precisely because they didn’t... — read more

Fintech or just a regular company?

What kind of corporation is Fiserv these days? Frank seems to be running away from the word “Fintech”, a term he was so eager to embrace a few years ago. (Note to Ohio superfan: time to change your “best Fintech on the planet” chant.) So what will he... — read more

Horvath missing from Forum

Is there a writing on the wall that Horvath is nowhere on the agenda? Is he planning to leave or does he have a foot out the door?

I’m insulted!

I am an hourly employee in Omaha…Last week Sebby hosted a townhall all about giving…time/money…give give give! I was insulted..piddly increases/in the office everyday no matter what the policy is…when I just paid $20 for 3 gallons of gas…not all... — read more

Unpaid overtime

Fiserv is one of the companies that expects long hours of their employees. At previous companies I’ve worked, only sometimes would there be something that was time sensitive that would take a few hours overtime. However, here I work overtime all... — read more

Ignore Frank

I read many posts and I will give you my 2 cents. A long time employee. Yes, this is a different company, not the beautiful Fiserv I know. The CEO is truly an as----e, I am embarrassed to call him my CEO , by simply listening to him speak. He sounds... — read more

On the right track

I realize these are difficult times, but rest assured Frank is a good person and a great leader. His business skills are actually underrated and in spite of the market disruption, has us on the right path. When we look back 3 years from now, we... — read more

I hate merger with First Data

I think everything would have gone much better if there had never been a merger with First Data. Right after the merger it all went downhill. Some say that the situation here would have been equally bad, and perhaps even worse, even if merger had... — read more

I shouldn't have joined Fiserv

Very toxic work environment. Higher-ups don't care and are never helpful. If you dare ask for help they either blow you off or give you a sarcastic answer and then blow you off. All they do is set employees up for failure. It's not all of us together... — read more

New few quarters

Will be critical to the overall strategy. Lots of people working hard to be successful

Structure

My sense is layoffs become non existent in 2022. The synergy gains needed have occurred, large clients are being signed and clover is a major growth engine. Worth keeping and eye on debt but all systems are go at this point.

Bounce!!!!

Stock is going to BOUNCE this week. Ends around $105 and then us Ohio folks catch the plane to Jersey and make this thing soar !!!!

I'm done with Fiserv

For nearly a year I have been working like a fu----g horse, pulling more than humanly possible to get everything done correctly and in time. Then I watched two other people get promoted based on the work I did. Fu-k that. I'm getting out of here as... — read more

How busy are you?

Some people here are totally exhausted. I personally feel like I do enough work for several people. At the same time, I know some do almost nothing. And unfortunately, I think more and more people are doing nothing and pushing all the work on the... — read more

I'm hoping for RIF

For the first time in my ten years of working here, I hope to be RIFed. I don't think leadership is even aware of how many people want the same thing?

Message of the Day

So the stance has changed on letting unvaccinated people back in the office. A total 360. No longer will vaccination status be a requirement for new hires. However you still need to provide vaccination status to that company. What’s next, full... — read more

Early retirement

I know a few people who are eligible for early retirement but they've decided to stick it out. I wish I was in their shoes because if I had a way out I'd already be out of here. Is it worth it to waste several years of your life by remaining a part... — read more
