I was told that Fiserv now has a 20 mile (office to home) maximum distance an in-person working employee can live. Is this true?

I don't understand this leadership
Instead of building a good working atmosphere and doing whatever they can to keep good talent, all they are doing is chasing everybody away. When something goes wrong, instead of figuring out how it went wrong and what can be done to fix it, they... — read more
I just got pinged by a Fiserv recruiter
For a position that is almost the same as the one they laid me off from after 5 years service. At 1st, I wanted to ask, "Ya think?". But I told the recruiter, "Do you think Fiserv can afford me?" I'm currently making 20% more than my last... — read more

Negative
People never get ahead. Fiserv offers a great opportunity in the upcoming years. As I transition from Ohio to New Jersey, I am filled with anticipation for the opportunities ahead. Doesn’t hurt that we have a great leader in Frank B
There are people who still believe they can build a career at Fiserv
I'd like to try what they're smoking, I really would. How delusional do you have to be to think for one second that there's any future for any of us here, not to mention a future that includes steady advancements and raises? I guess they'll find out... — read more
2 or 3 people are now doing what one person used to do.
We keep hearing that the older employees are driven away from the company, either by making their life at the company a living he-l ,or via layoffs, because the company considers them expensive. They hire new people in the hope that they will take... — read more
I feel sorry for the new employees
The company has become pretty desperate because it cannot find adequate candidates to work in such working conditions, so they have started hiring those who are underqualified. What happens then? They are thrown onto something they don’t understand... — read more
Fiserv just announced effective June 1st they no longer required employees to be vaccinated
So for all of us that were fired back in January for not getting vaccinated now they have changed the policy how unfair is that? Just shows Frank does not get a care about people, I feel they are struggling to keep people and they are having... — read more

Coworkers who do nothing?
Anybody here have people on their team that literally do nothing all day? I mean..more power to them, but it's exhausting to pick up their slack so I'm starting to become like them.
Moving semi
Is packed and heading to the east coast tomorrow. This Ohio based fiserv associate is officially Berkeley bound. Fiserv and best fintech on the planet becomes one soon. Bo-m !!!
I'm joining the other 7000+ that have left
Could not take the toxic culture Frank created. Started my job search a few months ago and am putting in my 2 week notice in a couple days. For the same role, I will be making 15% more. If you can't take it anymore, start looking you will find... — read more
I regret that I didn't leave earlier
If I had left earlier, I would not have become extremely disappointed and burned out. I wouldn’t go away with a bitter feeling about this company. I think most of those who feel stuck here now, are in that situation precisely because they didn’t... — read more
Fintech or just a regular company?
What kind of corporation is Fiserv these days? Frank seems to be running away from the word “Fintech”, a term he was so eager to embrace a few years ago. (Note to Ohio superfan: time to change your “best Fintech on the planet” chant.) So what will he... — read more

Structure
My sense is layoffs become non existent in 2022. The synergy gains needed have occurred, large clients are being signed and clover is a major growth engine. Worth keeping and eye on debt but all systems are go at this point.

Stock is going to BOUNCE this week. Ends around $105 and then us Ohio folks catch the plane to Jersey and make this thing soar !!!!
