Sapience, zscaler, badge in reports, mandatory bu-t in seats now badge out. What's the end goal for all this? Gathering data to justify a firing at any time for any one?

Some sites like coral have had badge out swipes and reporting for years
...Until they decide to make employees bring their own laptops.
I have zero sympathy for some aspects of system monitoring. We found executives with anime po-n on their systems - walked out of the building. A Fiserv distributed computer IS a Fiserv owned asset. You want to look at po-n on it? Stupid, that is what a home system is for. Mess with a corporate asset and you deserve termination. As as happened.

In all my time working I've never seen a company so determined to make people quit. Lots of competitors with bigger salaries. Working on one myself I'll be damned if I'm riding this train off the rails.
If you do the right thing instead of cheating. Who cares. If u come in and leave during normal times. Why are you so worried. Yes people cheat. And some of these Chester expect you to talk during your lunch hour so they can go home after three hours of being here. Boo boo.

Google Zscaler, it's a proxy. You probably have it installed on your computer. All network traffic is routed through the proxy. It's for security purposes so they can malicious traffic. Looks like their docs page shows they have good logging too. Meaning each network event that goes through the proxy (Zscaler) is logged....FOREVER

What does zscaler do?
They didn't say "malice" they said "malicious compliance". It is following instructions to the letter, typically with undesired results for the person making the request.

If one doesn't badge in and out, how would management know you are working? Clearly more than a couple folks were maliciously complying with the RTO badging in, then leaving the site... Now we can hire a team of analysts to compare badge reports, Sapience reports and Clarity time tracking...find those cheaters!
