Just got the official word today that we are to be in the office 5 days a week beginning Oct. 1...ZERO EXCEPTIONS. I live 35 miles from the office. All of my doctors, dentist, the vet, family etc. are on my side of town, not Alpharetta. Looks like I'll be taking all my R&R days for a single doctor or dentist appt. Morale is the lowest I've EVER seen. What kind of out of touch, id--t CEO makes this kind of mandate? Eff this BS. It's just a way to reduce staff (who's going to stay??) without having to pay severance packages...

Some Fiserv recruiter (GA number) called me for a position in Berkeley Heights, NJ after seeing my LinkedIn profile.
I asked if it’s a remote role? Because I only do remote roles.
And he goes “5 days a week in the office”
I was shocked to hear that lol I told him - not interested 😊
Fiserv is a case study in how not to run a business. I expect MBA programs in the near future will be studying the epic self-inflicted collapse.
when are they going to push this across the org?
1syt+1iCXR7SO No. Many BU now have 5 days mandatory. Fact!!!
Does anyone know if this is just for Berkeley Heights?
Wait for it...soon you will be required to be at your desk 7 days/week including holidays, R&R, kids birthdays, doctor appointments, etc.
No surprise. The 2/3 split was nothing but a temporary stepping stone to 5 days back in the office.
Berkely Heights is 5 days a week. Got the message today
I haven't heard this lol. PM, ISD, TW and CX still mandate a 3/5.
Payback is a bi1ch Frank.
Fiserv's biggest expense is payroll.
I know that Fiserv's payroll does not increase with inflation. Not even close.
What the actual f*** is leadership doing? They are destroying this company. So many more people will be lost due to this archaic policy (me included) if true. I guess stockholders have noticed the large amount of severance being paid out over the past year. This is nothing more than a creative ploy to get people to quit without having to pay severance. Very clever Frankie
Its true. I got that message too
I can confirm...The entire BANK division was told yesterday. Ask anyone in Bank....100% fully required to come in 5 days a week. Unless the Bank leader is lying to us?
Fake news! Our policy is that you must be in the office the "Majority", which is 3/5 days. Sounds pretty reasonable to me. Please do not spread untrue rumors.
Our collaboration will improve and so will our productivity This is how we beat inflation and how we win The future is bright for fiserv
Let me give you some advice; leave that dump. Frank is a joke and so are his policies. It’s greener on the other side. Leave now!
Who can confirm this? I have not heard this yet…and is this for everyone?
