Where they couldn't care less about job performance but rather how many days/wk you're in the office at your desk. Doesn't matter if you're being productive at your desk, just as long as you're at your desk. Hope everyone has unlimited data on their cellular plan.

They want to take attendance and treat people like school children. They shouldn't be surprised when people act the way they're being treated. Don't turn off your laptop when you leave since you're only working until 5.
Yep, totally truth. I’m struggling to understand the logic behind the “RTO” obsession. I’m being monitored the same way as my parents monitored my attendance back in high school…..crazy times!! I definitely give the company more hours working from home. But on the flip side, it is nice to take an actual lunch hour again!
