URL only scratches the surface of the real problem. You layoff hundreds without any idea what those people did and make the remains pick up the slack, what do you expect. It takes people a long time to figure out on their own how things worked. They are tired. First Data business model is cr-p. And their management didn't take into account there might be better ways of doing things. Frank and all these take over VPs clueless.

...FISV doesn't pay any dividends. But that is a pretty accurate capture of the client view and view from the industry at this point. The cuts will continue until performance improves? Not the most enlightened business strategy...
