from what I have heard, it is 3 out of 5, but if for some reason you need to be out more than 2 days in a week (I.E. Vacation, holiday, sick time) you will need to make that up in office.
I wish we knew who you were so you would have to eat your words when the new policy is finally announced.
5 days and relo to NJ. Their policy is not applied across the board consistently.
Burden of proof on a rumor board?
Burden of proof is on those claiming 5/5 days instead of 60% in person is new policy. “I heard some employees must now do this” or “I just came out of a meeting with our VP” is not hard evidence. Until or unless there is official word file this rumor under fiction.
I know several teams moved back to 5 days. So there is no hiding from this. Even those allowed 60/40 are to scared because they've been threatened corrective action if they miss a swipe. Telling employees they have flexibility then intimidating them to the point they don't use it isn't actually flexibility. It's just leadership giving the allusion of being a progressive company when they actually aren't.
Remember when being vaccinated was policy too?
Going to an office scares people???
VP MB. Look it up. Fast.
Not according to the VP the other day. Get your facts right. Stop pushing this lie.
5 days or your gone!
