Hardware is shot

Any other departments having issues getting new hardware. We are a technology company and laptops used are cr-p. Falling apart and I’m hearing not replaced.

We can’t even spend $60 for minor supplies…has been stuck in approvals since Aug 5…I’m certain this is on purpose

Why spend a thousand dollars on new hardware when you can just lose tens of thousands of dollars in lost productivity?

I bet the quarterly report looks amazing!

Firstdata is a la carte- you need to piece-meal your hardware from an online resource that may or may not work.

I witness the cr---y tools and lack there of and lousy resources they give to us. I shudder to think what our clients experience.

No surprise - desktop has been oujtsourced to India. I have managed a few environments like this and Wipro, Tata among others do not know a bit from a byte. Replace? HA- that costs money. So either live with working cr-p or get out to a better, more supportive, environment.
