Fully remote and I was told my last day would be in Oct and I'd get seperation contract, then all our HR people quit and I never got it. Escaped the June layoff somehow and I guess I'm flying under the radar now. I guess my "planned" last day got lost in the shuffle. No one knows what's going on. Can't tell if I'm still on the "list" or not. Anyone else? I guess I'll just keep logging in and working and see how long I last.

I guess as long as they keep paying me I'm good but honestly I was looking forward to the layoff, I'm that tired at this point. Wish they'd get on with it.
Make sure if you stick around under some bonus you make it large enough to make it worthwhile.
Some folks who left ended up getting additional paychecks because HR didn’t know they were gone.
If it’s only a few checks it’s too much a hassle to back them out and they tell you to keep them. If it’s a lot they will come for it.
Happier trails elsewhere.
Or like some teams, actually give you the notice, realize they screwed up then give you a bonus to stay.
This is the truth, honest to god from an SVP, by mistake they let go a wrong group due to paperwork mistakes. LOL.
Related to under the radar comment, you are not alone , they were bluffing and then determined you are essential! You are good! I know many cases. Continue to support our wonderful customers and ignore the F mo--n ceo , he will be fired.
