I play on my phone at my desk. I make frequent trips to the break area. Heck I might walk to a local restaurant for lunch to get my steps in.

I waste time in the office because firstdatafiserv does not give me the proper tools to do my job and the infrastructure here is outdated and archaic.
I take calls at 7:00 am and pm when I'm working from home. When I commute I turn off my laptop before and after my commute. I guess it doesn't matter we've pivoted and built tons of products and features and made Fiserv tons of money through WFH because we're all obviously oh so lazy. RTO is management's way of flexing their control over you because otherwise they can't justify their own existence.

Well if you’re doing that in the office then you clearly were doing that and more at home. And you wonder why they want you back in the office??
You need to talk to your coworkers. Then you are wasting twice the amount of time.
This is why i did not want to go to the office in my role, i am on the phone most of the day, including over lunch. Not sure how i will get the bathroom or eat lunch, especially since they do not want you to eat at your desk.
