I'm so overworked and tired that I'm afraid I'll suffer life-long consequences both mentally and physically if I don't change something. At this point, I honestly believe that being unemployed would be better for my mental health than my current lifestyle. I swear, one of these days I'm just going to quit on the spot, no matter the consequences.

Not true about the severance, in Florida at least. I got hit in the June debacle, got severance, and started unemployment right after the waiting week. It appears to be because the severance was paid in a lump sum.
You need to be let go. And, if you get severance, you can’t receive unemployment until the severance period expires.
You don't get unemployment if you quit.
If they moved your job to New Jersey, then you would get unemployment.

You are part of the problem. Stop going above and beyond. Work your set hours, and if their targets are not met so be it. In the end we'll all be out anyways.
