So I work with a large group of people, 90% of them are remote position. I must be in the BH office, however. I have no problem with people working remotely, good for them, but the problem is those who WFH have no sense of working hours. They setup... — read more

Anyone got ticketed in BH?
Is there anyone actually got a speeding ticket driving on Connell Drive in BH? There's a cop car sitting there every day. This is no upscale shopping center. Ever wondered what they are there for?
TIME TO TEST THE WATER!
Do NOT do the Associate Engagement Survey!!!! They all get measured by the level of engagement. It's more important than the actual results to upper management. They dont care about how you score things. It's a way to determine how many of us are... — read more

How many are actually looking for another job due to the new mandates and basically the pay cut w inflation costs, and now work expenses?
Quality of work
There is no way that I will give my best in this kind of workplace. On the other hand, I wouldn't say that the management is particularly worried about the decline in the quality of work either. What do you think?
Fiserv is Out of severance money
I heard what’s going on, Fiserv is out of severance money for layoffs, but they still need to use RIFs to make quarterly numbers, so that’s why the strict rules. They’ll start firing for cause instead of layoff.
8 hours/day office time
Just heard that leadership had a call today, and they are planning to implement 8 hours/day office time policy….. things are getting out of control
Is the 8 hours a day tracking team dependent or company wide?
People are saying that they are being told they need to be in the office for 8 hours a day otherwise they have to use R&R days. I typically leave around 3 and haven’t been told anything so do I have anything to worry about?

Thats my theory on why we are back in office and everyone is being sucked into BH
This is a pay cut
My new coworkers and I originally did our jobs fully remote. It made training a nightmare, but we managed. Then they moved us to SH, then to BH. 0 days in office went to 3. Now 4, and inevitably 5. This is undeniably a pay cut in disguise. From how... — read more

They really said Fiserv does not do Layoffs
On a call today with Roman sickIUnas, he said that Fiserv had not had layoffs and we should be GRATEFUL! This was in response to people who are upset about having to come back into the office.

BH Parking (and Shuttles!)
After around 9:30am, there's no parking in any of our lots anymore. It's gotten so bad that there's an employee here VOLUNTEERING his time to shuttle us to and from the building. They couldn't even do simple math to see this is not working and I'm... — read more

Leaving for fully remote?
I'm looking for a fully remote option in vain. A lot of people are probably doing the same these days? Unfortunately, it seems to me more and more that I will get used to the atmosphere in the office sooner than I will find such an opportunity.

Don't confine your dissatisfaction!
