Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

The Passing of an Era.

A Company who's heart once beat for its associates and clients, now serves the interests of a few elitists in its leadership. What's reprehensible is that FB will read this post and his chest will puff out with Pride. He does not comprehend the magnitude of impact his narcissistic behavior brings to bear on the company's constituents because his myopic vision cannot see past his own self-interests.

For the sake of all the associates who through personal sacrifice give their best for this company and leave it all out on the field, make Fiserv great again FB.... WALK AWAY!

With the ill treatment of the tenured talent at Fiserv, and the lack of respect and recognition for their unfailing devotion to the company, it brings into question the integrity of anyone who would willfully choose to stay and witness Frank and his cohort's genocidal behavior as Fiserv's reputation slowly erodes.

I saw they are having a hiring event in Lincoln. As IF anyone in town would join the s#it show. The are breathtaking in their arrogance and stupidity.

Well maybe they should face the music and treat people better…people are declining once they hear no flexible in ofc dates…and the established employees are not valued

It will be fine. The Research and Design teams will just tell the new hires what needs to be done.

Oh wait. The Research and Design teams haven't existed for years. Well I'm sure the Project Managers we be able to handle interpreting the regulations for the brand new developers.

Frank and Guy in their infinite wisdom think they can just let people in all the cores go (either RIF or attrition) and backfill them with some new grad out of a Rutgers job fair. Lol. It's a great recipe.

As a sales/support rep I spend most of my day looking for someone to assist our clients. It is getting nearly impossible for us to service and implement with so many employees leaving… and that knowledge of 30 plus years cannot be replicated in 6 months or even a few years with a new hire.

Completely agree!! It's extremely sad to see all of the incredible talent & knowledge that has walked out and continues to walk out almost daily but no one cares... We are nothing without our clients & how will we service them when no one is left?!
