I'm uncomfortably numb to the slow execution of Fiserv. I have come to the realization that this is a different company now and there's no fighting it. We must adjust our thinking or leave. Impact to employees and clients doesn't matter to the CEO and so it should not to us as leaders.
Every associate should look out for themselves.

Interesting how Fiserv is attempting to recruit online when it clearly has not embraced any kind of permanent flexibility or work from home arrangements for the majority of employees and is instead mandating a return to office for most.

3 year vacation? You must be one of the talk the talk guys. RTO is better for me because I put in exactly 40 hours a week Fiserv is paying me for. During the pandemic WFH, I logged at least 12 hours EACH DAY!
I took your advice and got out (been working on that for weeks on the d/l now). Going to work for more money at a fully-remote position. Not really gonna miss Sapience, either.

Rumors swirling that one of the core campuses will be closed in the next few weeks. A very small percentage of critical staff will be offered WFH and the rest will be required to relocate. Super sh---y deal but completely unsurprising under this "leadership".

People at high risk (who would be at high risk of ANY medical event) were impacted. The great majority were not. Stop the drama and get to work or get out

You are a complete _idiot_ and apparently don't remember that during Covid, people were WORKING 40 hours, and more, even in the face of losing loved ones and relatives to the virus. I watched the replay of the quarterly meeting and they either cut out the ‘spoiled’ comment or missed it. Was it during the Q&A at the end?
