Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Fiserv Wants You To Quit

They ran out of the allocation for employee separation capital already.

RIF #1. Layoff the most tenured employees ($$) first, give full severance and assist with finding another job. This was the least they could do for these 10-30yr folks.

RIF #2 - These include 2 weeks severance and unemployment benefits, no help with new jobs.

RIF #3 - No severance.

They anticipated natural attrition after shifting three groups workloads to remaining employees, so they can fight unemployment benefits, but it didn't happen.

60+% RTO - No problem.
4 days in office - they waited... nothing.
Badging out - waiting... nothing.
SP tracking - whatever. No problem.
5 days next - all is well.

They want you to quit. They are banking on it. Praying...

Don't leave without a great new job at an incredible company. Just wait. Swipe badges, do your minimum, and leave work at the office.

Just keep this in mind about your angry clients...
Sales told lies to meet unreasonable quotas.
Frank gave remaining employees no training and dumped x5 peoples work on x1 person.
You are setup to fail by design.

The clients will be upset and they should be. Mention to them who's really causing their problems.

If it wasn’t for this site it would be so hard to know anything that’s going on…it’s all smoke and mirrors

PS teams were assigned contractors beginning of June instead of getting FTE for positions that still hadn’t been back filled for over a year. Six weeks later the same number of employees were let go. Ahhh…so they had a plan all along. RIFs were handled differently this time. They were given 2 weeks to reassign their projects and provide their teammates with a brain dump of outstanding items. Fortunately they did receive severance. 3 weeks for every year.

I am within months from submitting my retirement paperwork. I will keep producing the best possible support for the clients until the day I am gone. But I do not owe
another single day to any of the leadership.

Just keep escalating complaints. Make Frank get on the phone and explain his "leadership" strategy.
