I understand that most of us want to leave Fiserv, but it breaks my heart to see amazing people selling themselves short and taking jobs that are so much below their level in everything, including pay. Fiserv is not worth your backtracking your career a decade! If you lasted this long, I'm sure you can last a few months longer before you can land something better.

When I was told my job was going away (just as COVID hit in 2020), I started looking at other positions @ Fiserv. Actually got past the 3rd interview with a job that paid $5000 less than my then-current position, and requiring a 45 minute commute. I did it because my kids were in school, and I didn't want to move them.
Well, the hiring freeze hit, and I was forced to look elsewhere. Three years down the road, and in another city, we are all doing just fine, and much more profitable and peaceful.
I accepted a lower title job for more money, less stress and full time WFH. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
Money > Mental Sanity. I’m one of those people looking and have considered jobs that are either remote or hybrid that pay me the same or less.
The pay isn’t different. But the lower stress and lack of toxic work environment are. No regrets here!
Sadly, you can take a lower tiered job and still make more than you currently do at fiserv, because they pay so cr-ppy.
You do you.
this feel like gaslighting to me
Fake post.
Wow, they're really trying to get people to stay. First the "don't bother applying at other Fintech's" post, now this. Added to the retention bonus they're giving some to stay, sounds like they're backstepping and trying to stop the mass exodus.
Hmm...Can still smell this Fiserv shill post on galloping horse at 50 paces
Lol I mean if a person has had enough, they have had enough. If I was still working there I’d be taking anything comparable at this point. As if things aren’t hard enough, you have a blow hard CEO treating his staff like kindergarteners. I can see why people are taking less, it’s not worth your mental health to stay there and be treated like garbage.
Is this corporate begging employees to stay just a little bit longer?
Mind ya business
