Fiserv turnover and layoffs abound

Wow #5 slapped me in the face, time to put my feelers out! Good People leaving in droves around here.

Here are a few signs to look for to confirm that it's time to move on to a new opportunity:

  1. You want room to grow.
  2. You're experiencing problems with mgmt
  3. You feel undervalued. ...
  4. You feel unmotivated. ...
  5. You notice a high turnover rate.

I am an OFD who would thought that things would change under the Fiserv leadership. I was disappointed that the FD (JPMC) style won out but I am at the end of my career and plan to be gone within months.
I will provide the best service possible until the day I log out.
