Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I'm tired of not being listened to

What annoys me the most lately is that management is determined to ignore everything people who know what they're doing and who are experts on the matter are saying and instead will continue to give us orders that came from them and are completely inefficient or simply just wrong. How is this supposed to even work?

FrankServ does read the internet, you heard is comments. So much for previous speeches about flexibility and hybrid. Where did it all go? The survey was brushed off because RTO timing was perfect to skew the results. Productivity was highest during the pandemic and WFH.

Frank thinks that maybe if 2 people meet up on the bathroom, they will collaborate. Maybe come up with a design better than clover while taking a wh-z. Well for me, hanging by the coffee machine and talking, but not about work.

There is no respect at the top for associates..everyone that I know that have moved on are so much better off than when they were here..I understand not everyone can move on due to different situations…but watch out for yourself….amazing how welcoming they have been to the interns…don’t let your young people come here…there are much better companies…

Quit yer beechin'!! When I was a kid, we walked uphill both ways to/from school in zero degree weather with nothing but old leaves for shoes! Bootstraps MF'ers!!!

Thanks Shilly. I supposed it's hard for you to voice any concerns for the company with Frankie Shinebox's junk living in your mouth.

Stop whining, and put in your 40 hours. It’s called a job.

We all know who is spoiled…It’s the leadership team member who designated a hub in his own backyard in Berkeley Heights, NJ rather than moving to himself to be closer to the headquarters in Brookfield, WI.

A company can’t be the greatest FinTech company in the world when it is run by a bunch of selfish, old school men that are tone deaf and only care about adding to their wallet share. The leadership team cares more about having people in the office and at their desks rather than creating a flexible environment for employees to balance family and work so that they can better service the company’s clients without the stress of having to meet an in-office attendance/badge swipe requirement, let alone a commute. Employees were not spoiled during the pandemic when they needed to pivot to work from home. They did what was asked of them, continued to generate record revenue as a result, and realized that the ability to work from home was a reality!

Management has no input either. Everything comes down from above.
