If you’ve been RIF’d or have resigned from Fiserv in the past year, what company did you go to AND are you enjoying it?

Anyone who works for HR at Fiserv is a soulless fool
RIF'd during the infamous Spring 2020 COVID RIF. Not coincidentally after I ripped Frank a new on in the employee survey. I guess they decided that anybody who complained would get the ax. I thought it was ironic that I had several awards outstanding from past project implementations, but for some reason my most recent review had a couple "Meets Most". And there was the pattern of my manager's snarky emails towards the end that had the ring of BCC-to-upper-mgt.
I landed at a great company in the next state over. $15K raise (now 25K from my Fiserv salary).....and nice, low key company that seems to care about their employees.
The only saving grace with my Fiserv position was remote work. But the writing was already on the wall in Spring 2020. I had been warned (when Frank bought the co.) that Frank was 100% against remote work.
Rif’d last October. Now working full time remote for a smaller tech company….25% pay increase. Amazing and fun place to work!! Life gets better after Fiserv!
recently resigned and went to Mastercard, full remote, similar pay and benefits however I am with a company now that cares about their employees and is not firing all their talent, closing offices and forcing relocation to that piece of sh-t BH office which is just and old office they remodeled, horrible office setup, sardine cans, open concept with cardboard partitions between you and the person beside and in front of you. Worst place I have ever worked in my life.
30% pay increase LOVING IT do not fear the sr management that all sleep together and decide who stays and goes nice to see they are leaving frickserv also.
Your sr manangement is a classic example of good buddy network and for godsake please do not try to be th best in your area the lazy sr management folks will get rid of you. Just look back in all the history of great people leaving and why

Stay at home dog mom. Paid in sloppy kisses and good paws. Best part of the job is that my dog doesn't lie for over a year about promotions and pay increases. Looking at you KD. Musta slipped your mind a dozen times. No stress and don't miss the empty promises or fakeness.
90% pay increase, plus bonus and stock options going to a Fortune 500 tech company.
$100k comp increase at another Fortune 500 company.
Bank, same position, full remote, 90% raise.
70% pay increase, full time remote.
I retired after a brief job search to meet unemployment’ comp requirements. I’m loving’ it.
Another fortune 500, almost 40% pay increase full remote position
I ain't fallin for no banana in the tailpipe!
Lol. I went to d* p*. Got a 40% raise. Company is fantastic, guaranteed WFH, and the day to day is 1000% better because people actually like working there.
If you haven't gotten out yet, KEEP LOOKING.
Yes, RIF'd. I simply continued on with the second job I found while everything was going downhill on the last year. The writing was on the wall and when the axe came down I simply resumed which is my current only work.
Yes. Please Dox yourself. Also if you are still a Fiserv employee, make sure you post your workday number and title so you can be dealt with appropriately.
Which HR shill is asking?
