How are we expected to keep morale up when the axe can fall again at any time, on anyone left. Only made worse by the now frequent customer calls or comments asking if/when our store is closing.

If you are a high paying ASM and are getting written up all of a sudden, take a medical LOA, go on short term disability if you have it. A few people have done it and that buys them enough time to find another job.
